Golden Tower Hotel & Spa Florence

The hotel offered excellent amenities, including a spa and fitness center, a great way to relax after a long day of meetings. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and shops. The staff were great, always making sure that I had everything I needed.

That the decor felt a bit outdated and could use some modernization.

Located in the heart of the city, with all the main tourist sites within walking distance, this hotel puts you right in the center of the action. The friendly and professional staff ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern updates. The breakfasts are tasty, and the spa facilities are a great way to relax after a day of exploring.

The spa admission fee of 75EUR for just 1 hour seems a bit overpriced for such a limited time.

I stayed at a hotel in the center of Florence, in a pedestrian street right off the Plaza della Repubblica. It was a great location, as I was able to walk to almost all the sites in the city. The room was nice and spacious with a comfy bed. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were very welcoming. The breakfast was convenient and the hotel offered free prosecco in the restaurant. my stay was fantastic.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities such as a spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, body scrub, and full-body massage. the staff provided excellent service and made us feel at home. Our room had all the necessary facilities and we never faced any disturbance from external noises.

There was only one minor issue: although the breakfast was good and well presented, the coffee/tea in the lobby could be improved. it did not take away from our overall positive experience and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with all the necessary facilities and great service.

I had a great stay at a hotel with a fantastic location. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. The air conditioning worked well, keeping me comfortable throughout my stay. Plus, the included breakfast was delicious. The only downside was the lack of a bathtub in the shower. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! We were really surprised by the complementary breakfast and evening happy hour, made our holiday more fun. The location of the hotel was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to all the attractions in the area. Plus, the staff were great too accommodate all our needs. Truly really good!

The only downside was the difficulty in finding the hotel with our rental car. It would be helpful if the hotel provided clearer instructions or warnings about the barriers and limited access to the area.
